Convoy Of Hope

Convoy of Hope

Convoy of Hope is an awesome ministry that seeks to feed the hungry both here in the states and around the world.  They also seek to provide medical supplies clothing, and other need recourses.

Yesterday in Sacramento, Convoy of Hope had the opportunity of providing  services to people who live under the poverty line in California.  Volunteers and churches came from all over Sacramento to provide their services.  They had more than 400,000 free groceries, a health fair(with free dentist and doctor appointments), a kid zone, hair cuts, family portraits, live entertainments, a BBQ lunch and a job fair.  And the best part about it was that all these wonderful and helpful services were free! What a wonderful ministry to love and serve your neighbors.

This is such an example of the Bible verse John 13:34.

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.”

Here is some more info about what happened yesterday.
