Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow

Check out this great John 3:16 football commercial on LookUp316. This is a wonderful example of how kids can learn to do everything to the glory of God and how it will get people talking.

A group is sitting around watching a football game and the guys notice Tim Tebow’s  John 3:16 eye black patches. They don’t know what John 3:16 is and one guy says he is going to look it up.

Creative parents could show this commercial to their kids and then have a discussion about how Tim used his gift of playing football to glorify God. The discussion could continue as everyone in the family ponders over their gifting and talents and what might be some subtle ways they could infiltrate their world to leave people thinking,

Sometimes kids have the idea that they have to be doing a big thing for God. The discussion could center on normal things in life that we can do that impact our world.

I tell my kids if we all just did normal well imagine how Christians would impact their world. Not having a cocky attitudes, quickly owning it when we mess up, showing respect to even those that don’t deserve respect, all of these would stand out in our society.  People might start talking and asking questions.

Hope you can use this commercial atLookUp316  to stimulate fun discussions in your family.
