God Loves Your Kids – He Desires To Lavish His Love On Them

God loves you

Every child needs to know that they have a Father in heaven who loves them and wants to pour out this great love on them.

John wrote…

“See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are!” (1 John 3:1)

Ask the children how great this love is that the Father has for them?

“And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.” (Ephesians 3:18 )

Every child has heard that God loves them, but how great is that love?  Is it just enough to get by?  Does God notice them every once in a while and send a little love their way?

No, your children are God’s children.  Remind your children how often you as parents think about your children.  All the time every day.  That’s how much and even more that God thinks about them.

Remind your children how you are always trying to think of gifts to give to them.  God is thinking the same thing but His resources of love are unlimited.  He has all the love in the world that He daily pours out on each of them.  They can feel completely wrapped up in God’s love every day no matter where they are or how difficult things appear.
