Kids Craft: Adam And Eve Stand-Up Dolls

Adam and Eve Stand-Up Dolls

Looking for a new way to tell the story of Adam and Eve? Well why not tell the story using stand-up dolls? The best part about these dolls is that the children can make them as a craft and then use them to retell the story to their friends and family! Sunday School Resources came up with this craft idea and has also provided the template for making them, which is surprisingly simple.

Click the link below to print out the template.

All you need to provide for your students are the template, scissors, and markers.

As you read the story to the children change the outfits of Adam and Eve.  Start off with them wearing nothing.  After eating from the apple have them put on the fig branches.  Finally at the end have God provide the animal skins.

If you like what you read about ways to teach children the Bible, check out the children’s book, Hooked on the Book, on this website. It is great for parents and kids because it provides the Big Story of God’s miraculous plan for His children in all 66 books in the Bible. CHECK OUT A FREE SAMPLE OF CHAPTER ONE BELOW.
