Kids Story: Teaching Service To Kids

Serving Others Activity

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace…” 1 Peter 4:10

Serving others is one of the greatest activities you can teach your kids to do.  One way to teach them to get creative and think of ways of serving others is this awesome activity.  What you can do is give your kids $20 dollars for them to share.  Have them brain storm ways that they could use the money to bless someone else.  It could be by making cookies for a friend that has had a really rough week.  It could be using the money to do a lemonade stand and then give the money they make to a charity.  The best part of this activity is that it allows your kids to get creative and personalize serving someone else. What better activity can there be!
