Hope Is Where The Heart Is has come up with Here is a fun and easy way of helping kids remember Isaiah 40:31.
“They will soar on wings like eagles.”
This example is pretty involved so if you want to make a simpler version for your younger kids to do, you could have them write the verse straight on the painting.
Heres what you will need:
1. Letters (You can print them out from your computer)
2. Paint- black, white, and blue, a little yellow
4. A Canvas or Paper
Take the canvas and lay the letters out on the canvas. Then paint the whole thing blue with the letters below so that when you take them off it will be white underneath. Next have your kids stick their hands in black paint and then put them on the painting just like in the picture. Afterwards have them dip their fingers in white to make the feather tail. Finally paint the head of the eagle and then let it dry!
Put the artwork somewhere visible so that every time they walk by you can practice the verse.
Thanks so much Hope Is Where The Heart Is for this wonderful idea!
