Teaching children about the Bible miracles is important because it helps them to see how nothing is impossible for God. If God can do miracles in the Bible, He can do them in our children’s lives today. Here is an easy way to do that interactively.
Today let’s focus on a Bible miracle from the book of Daniel: God gives Daniel supernatural wisdom and knowledge. (Daniel 1:4-15)
Daniel and his 3 friends were slaves to the Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar along with the nation of Israel. The King ordered his chief of staff that these young men be trained in every branch of learning and knowledge.
Ask the children…
What did God supernaturally give Daniel and his 3 friends?
“God gave these four young men an unusual aptitude for understanding every aspect of literature and wisdom. And God gave Daniel the special ability to interpret the meanings of visions and dreams.” (Daniel 1:17)
How much better were Daniel and his 3 friends than anyone else?
“Whenever the king consulted them in any matter requiring wisdom and balanced judgment, he found them ten times more capable than any of the magicians and enchanters in his entire kingdom.” (Daniel 1:20)
When God supernaturally blesses, He doesn’t just do just a little blessing, He goes all the way, even 10x more than the natural. Where is God blessing you with wisdom and understanding today? If you can’t tell, ask God to reveal it.
Now you can see how Bible miracles are God’s way of blessing the world. Glory to Him!!!
