Teaching Children To Pray Using Personalized Kid’s Books

My Book of Prayers

How do we teach a child to pray? First we model it and show them how we pray to God for the people and projects in  our lives. We talk about the answer to those prayers. We share verses we are learning on prayer as well as exhibit a spirit of prayer about everything in our lives, even those things that are tough.

We just found another way to integrate prayer into children’s lives. Why not give them a personalized book that reminds them how they can pray about everything .

We found a website that has personalized Christian books. Check out mycreateabook.com for their selection of books to choose from.

Here is what they say about the book that teaches children to pray.

“When you talk to God, it’s called praying…This lovely non-denominational Christian book helps children learn how easy it is to pray. Your child will learn that he or she can pray to God anywhere they go in this whole wide world. The book will help them find the words to say when they want to thank Him for all He does for us throughout the day. It also includes some beautifully written prayer poems.”

Why not visit the My Create A Book website today to see the complete story and visualize how you can incorporate your children’s name in the story. What a fun book for grandparents and parents to give as a gift.

If you like what you read, check out our children’s book, Hooked on the Book, on this website.  It is great for parents and kids because it provides the Big Story of God’s miraculous plan for His children in all 66 books in the Bible including colorful illustrations, rhymes and a surprise on every page.
