The Joyful Noiseletter- Holy Humor

Christian Humor

Life is full of hard times. More and more Christians need to be able access God’s gift of humor. We found a great resource that will do just that. It is called the Joyful Noiseletter after Psalm 98:4 “Make a joyful noise to the Lord all the earth.”

You can subscribe to their bi-monthly newsletter or just visit their website to order some of their books. The newsletter supplies reproducible cartoons, clean jokes, one-liners, inspirational stories and Scripture references. Many of the cartoons are from world renown cartoonists, including Bil Keane, creator of The Family Circus, and Johnny Hart creator of B.C.

Great for Pastors, Sunday school teachers, youth pastors, chaplains, health professionals, home schoolers and anyone who enjoys humor in their life.

The Joyful Noiseletter also has some creative ideas on how to integrate a “Holy Humor Sunday” into your church services. These ideas have been used for Easter services, as well as other services throughout the year.

As Christians we are called to be a people of compassion to the world but God’s not asking us to loose our sense of humor. Why not check out The Joyful Noiseletter’s website today.
