A Lego Church, One Women’s Dream

Just found a fun website using Lego’s to illustrate one woman’s dream about church.  It is called Abston Church of Christ by Amy Hughes. Amy  spent a year and one a half of planning, building, and photographing this Lego church. It is about 7 feet by 5 1/2 feet by 30 inches in size. She did not even have a model of a real church from which to copy.

Amy even has a section on her website where she wrote a sermon to dedicate this church to Christian fellowship, to the teaching of God’s Holy Word and to Jesus Christ. She also dedicated it to singing God’s praise and included a little organ in the back.

Thank you Amy for sharing your gift with the world and for helping children everywhere to see that we can take a simple toy like a Lego and build something to inspire people to think about God.
