Valentine’s Day Every Day Of The Year Kid’s Devotional

Valentines

Why wouldn’t we send a Valentine to God? He sends us a Valentine’s gift to us every day of the year.

Ask your kid’s what is God’s Valentine that He gives us every day?

“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

God’s Valentine came in the person of Christ rather than a Hallmark card.  We celebrate Valentine’s Day once each year on February 14, God sends us His Valentine in Jesus every day.  Jesus is the greatest gift of God’s loving heart toward us.

Ask your children what it would look like for them to give God a Valentine every day?  You could prompt them a little by telling them a prayer can be a Valentine, or a song, or an act of service dedicated to God.  Now ask them again what Valentine they could give to God in response to His love for them expressed every day in Jesus?  Now get a Valentine’s Card out or better yet make one and every day this week have your children write on it what their Valentine’s gift is to God.
